MUNCIE- Genalda M. “Jan” Tetrault, 77, passed away on Wednesday evening, January 3, 2018 at Community Hospital in Anderson.
She was born on November 26, 1940 in Muncie, the daughter of Eugene Samuel and Mary G. (Wright) Reese and graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1958.

MUNCIE- Genalda M. “Jan” Tetrault, 77, passed away on Wednesday evening, January 3, 2018 at Community Hospital in Anderson.
She was born on November 26, 1940 in Muncie, the daughter of Eugene Samuel and Mary G. (Wright) Reese and graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1958.
Jan was devoted to her family and was active in dog-shows with her Shar Pei’s.
Surviving are one son, Marvin R. Covington, II of Anderson; one daughter, Rochelle Covington of Fort Wayne; one granddaughter, Candice Covington of Muncie; one great-grandson, Jaxon Ray Nichols of Muncie; special friend, Monte Weston of Anderson; and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter in infancy, Nina Jill Covington; and two brothers, Eddie Reese and Bill Reese.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at The Meeks Mortuary, Washington Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, north of Muncie.
Friends may call at The Meeks Mortuary, Washington Street Chapel from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2018.
