MUNCIE- Steven A. Cook’s life was taken from him on Thursday, August 10, 2017.

He was born on August 6, 1990 in Muncie, the son of Everett L. and Elizabeth M. (Giesey) Cook.

Steven attended Muncie Southside High School. He was self-employed as a handy man. He was always willing to learn and was a jack of all trades.

He loved his children and being a father. Steven also enjoyed music, playing guitar, and being around his family and friends.

Steven will be missed by his parents, Everett and Elizabeth Cook; sister, Ashley Cook; brother, Kevin Cook; three biological daughters, Raven Cook, Raylee Cook, and Jayley Cook; three step-children, Kloie Carpenter, Kena Carpenter, and Login Lunardini; mothers of his children, Jodie Lambert and Casey Carpenter; and several extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Glen and Louise Cook, and maternal grandfather, Samuel Giesey.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
