Muncie – Timothy W. Drudy, 66, passed away suddenly on Friday July 28, 2017 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a brief battle with cancer.

He was born in Richmond on November 27, 1950, the son of Robert E. and Alma E. (Martin) Drudy and graduated from Richmond High School in 1969.

Muncie – Timothy W. Drudy, 66, passed away suddenly on Friday July 28, 2017 at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a brief battle with cancer.

He was born in Richmond on November 27, 1950, the son of Robert E. and Alma E. (Martin) Drudy and graduated from Richmond High School in 1969.

Timothy served honorably in The United States Army during the Vietnam War and worked twenty-nine years for Conrail (now CSX) Railroad as a signal communication maintainer.

Survivors include his loving wife of forty-two years, Jean Drudy (Powell); his son, Christopher Drudy; daughter, Crystal Drudy (fiancé, Joshua Bevans); his mother Alma Drudy of Jacksonville, Florida; brothers, Michael Drudy (wife, Betty) of Jacksonville, Florida, James Drudy (wife, Kathy) of Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Robert Drudy (wife, Nora) of Ft. Wayne; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Patrick and Daniel Drudy; along with his father.

A memorial calling will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Mt. Pleasant Chapel, 7901 West Isanogel Road. Military rites will follow by The United States Army and the Veterans of Delaware County.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
